Pursuant to the provision of § 127, Paragraph 6, of the Criminal Code, a person with a physical or mental illness, although temporary, regardless of whether this person is temporarily unable to work or is a person with a changed ability to work, a person with a disability or a person with severe disability or intense illness or disability, who suffers aggravated bodily harm is understood as a sick person for the purposes of this Law.
وعملاً بأحكام الفقرة 6 من المادة 127 من القانون الجنائي، يعتبر الشخص الذي يعاني من مرض جسدي أو عقلي، وإن كان مؤقتاً، وبصرف النظر عما إذا كان هذا الشخص غير قادر مؤقتاً على العمل أو تغيرت قدرته على العمل، أو كان ذا إعاقة أو ذا إعاقة شديدة أو مرض شديد أو عجز حاد، أو كان يعاني من ضرر جسدي متفاقم الخطورة، شخصاً مريضاً لأغراض هذا القانون.
