(c) Further improving the quality of the reports and notes and the relevance of the recommendations contained therein, it being understood in this context that, as a matter of procedure, JIU will produce reports only when they contain any recommendation requiring legislative action and that the Unit intends to make more use of notes, which may take the form of management letters, thus reducing the workload of the legislative organs.
