The Committee recommends that the State party undertake all appropriate measures to ensure that the rights of children belonging to minority groups, including the Khoi-Khoi and San, are guaranteed, particularly those rights concerning culture, religion, language and access to information.

It requested the Government of Eritrea to provide, in its next report, information on the fulfilment of the rights of children belonging to minority groups, and recommended that the issue of access to health care for children of minority groups be prioritized. It also expressed concern at the lack of adequate institutional structures to ensure birth registration of all children, especially minorities (CRC/C/ERI/CO/3).

(73) The Committee recommends that State party recognize the rights of children belonging to minority groups to enjoy their own culture, practise their religion and use their language.
73) توصي اللجنة بأن تعترف الدولة الطرف بحقوق الأطفال المنتمين إلى الأقليات في التمتع بثقافتهم الخاصة وممارسة شعائر دينهم واستخدام لغتهم.

(a) Recognize the rights of children belonging to minority groups in line with article 30 of the Convention by which a child belonging to such a minority has the right to enjoy his or her own culture, to profess and practise his or her own religion, or to use his or her own language, and to consider adopting a comprehensive legal act providing protection of their rights;
(أ) أن تعترف بحقوق الأطفال المنتمين إلى مجموعات الأقليات، تماشياً مع المادة 30 من الاتفاقية التي تنص على حق الطفل المنتمي إلى أقلية من هذه الأقليات في أن تكون له ثقافة خاصة به، وفي المجاهرة بدينه وممارسة وشعائر دينه، أو استخدام لغته، وأن تنظر في اعتماد قانون شامل لحماية حقوق هؤلاء الأطفال؛

238. The Committee reiterates its recommendation that the State party should take effective measures to encourage the protection of the rights of children belonging to minority groups and eliminate the impunity enjoyed by those who harass these groups.
238- وتشدد اللجنة على توصيتها بأن الدولة الطرف ينبغي أن تتخذ تدابير فعلية لتشجيع حماية حقوق الأطفال الذين ينتمون إلى أقليات والقضاء على الإفلات من العقوبة الذي يتمتع به الذين يقومون بمضايقة هذه الفئات.

(a) Take all necessary measures to protect the rights of children belonging to minority groups, respect their culture and guarantee their enjoyment of the rights enshrined in the national constitution, domestic law and the Convention;
