The Officer-in-Charge is also working closely with the Department of Management and the Executive Office of the Secretary-General to coordinate priority management issues with implications for field operations, such as human resources management and procurement reform, and the strengthening of the role of information and communications technology in supporting field missions.

With regard to the P-4 Information Technology Officer and the General Service (Other level) Information Technology Assistant, the Committee recalls that, in its resolution 62/228, the General Assembly referred specifically to the role of information and communications technology in improving the functioning of the system of administration of justice.
