' ٨ ' ﻷغراض حساب التعويض عن العمل الاضافي يقرب وقت العمل الاضافي الى أقرب نصف ساعة؛ ولا ينظر الى العمل الاضافي العارض الذي يقل وقته عن نصف ساعة في أي يوم من أيام أسبوع العمل المقرر.

(i) Overtime at Headquarters means time worked in excess of the scheduled work day or in excess of the scheduled work week or time worked on official holidays, provided that such work has been authorized by the proper authority.

`6 ' يكون التعويض في شكل مبلغ إضافي يدفع عن العمل الإضافي إذا زاد المجموع على ثماني ساعات عمل في أي يوم من أيام أسبوع العمل المقرر، أو إذا حدث العمل الإضافي في اليوم السادس أو اليوم السابع من أسبوع العمل المقرر.
