The Committee agreed that the conclusions and declarations of recent major conferences and international events should be followed up in a coordinated manner within the context of an integrated approach, and welcomed the initiatives taken by the Secretary-General and ACC in that regard.
٢٨٣ - وافقت اللجنة على ضرورة متابعة النتائج واﻹعلانات الصادرة عن المؤتمرات الكبرى والمناسبات الدولية اﻷخيرة، على نحو منسق في إطار نهج متكامل، ورحبت بالمبادرات التي اتخذها اﻷمين العام ولجنة التنسيق اﻹدارية بهذا الصدد.

75. CPC had agreed that the conclusions and declarations of recent major conferences and international events should be followed up in a coordinated manner within the context of an integrated approach, and had welcomed the initiatives taken by the Secretary-General and ACC in that regard.
٧٥ - وتتفق اللجنة مع الرأي القائل بأن النتائج واﻹعلانات الصادرة عن المؤتمرات والاجتماعات الدولية الرئيسية التي عقدت مؤخرا، ينبغي أن تكون متكاملة ومتناسقة وأن ترد في سياق نهج متكامل، وهي ترحب بما اتخذه اﻷمين العام ولجنة التنسيق اﻹدارية من مبادرات في هذا الصدد.

In that connection, the Committee also considered the report of JIU entitled " Evaluation of the United Nations New Agenda for the Development of Africa in the 1990s: Towards a More Operational Approach? " (A/50/885) and the comments of the Secretary-General and ACC thereon (A/50/885/Add.1).
