وإذ تشاطر لجنة حقوق اﻹنسان رأيها بشأن حالة الضعف التي غالباً ما يجد المهاجرون أنفسهم فيها وذلك، بشكل خاص، ﻷنهم ليسوا في بلدهم اﻷصلي، والصعوبات التي يواجهونها بسبب اختلاف اللغة والتقاليد والثقافة،

The Convention rightly stresses " the situation of vulnerability in which migrant workers and members of their families frequently find themselves " , as well as the need to ensure the international protection of their rights, which should be implemented on the basis of the principle of non-discrimination.
٦٤- تشير هذه الاتفاقية بحق إلى " حالة الضعف التي كثيرا ما يجد العمال المهاجرون وأفراد أسرهم أنفسهم فيها " وكذلك إلى ضرورة تحقيق الحماية الدولية لحقوقهم التي ينبغي أن تنفذ على أساس مبدأ عدم التمييز.

We are mindful of the situation of vulnerability in which migrants frequently find themselves, owing, inter alia, to their absence from their countries of origin and to the difficulties they encounter because of differences in language, customs and culture, as well as economic and social difficulties and obstacles to the return of migrants who are undocumented or in an irregular situation;
52- وندرك حالة الضعف التي يجد المهاجرون أنفسهم فيها في كثير من الأحيان؛ والتي تعزى إلى جملة أمور، منها غيابهم عن أوطانهم والمصاعب التي يواجهونها بسبب الاختلافات في اللغة والعادات والثقافة، فضلاً عن المصاعب والعقبات الاقتصادية والاجتماعية التي تعترض سبيل عودة المهاجرين غير الحائزين وثائق رسمية أو غير النظاميين؛

The Durban Declaration explains that the situation of vulnerability in which migrants frequently find themselves is owing, inter alia, to their departure from their countries of origin and to the difficulties they encounter because of differences in language, customs and culture, as well as economic and social difficulties and obstacles to the return of migrants who are undocumented or in an irregular situation.
ويوضح إعلان ديربان أن حالة الضعف التي كثيرا ما يجد المهاجرون أنفسهم فيها تُعزى إلى جملة أمور منها غيابهم عن أوطانهم، والمصاعب التي يواجهونها بسبب الاختلافات في اللغة والعادات والثقافة، فضلاً عن المصاعب والعقبات الاقتصادية والاجتماعية التي تعترض سبيل عودة المهاجرين غير الحائزين لوثائق رسمية أو الذين هم في وضع غير قانوني().
