Certain paragraphs of the decisions on financing and budget adopted by the Conference of the Parties of the Stockholm Convention at its first and second meetings merit consideration by the Conference of the Parties at its third meeting, as discussed below.
1 - اعتمد مؤتمر الأطراف في اتفاقية استكهولم في اجتماعيه الأول والثاني فقرات معينة من مقررات بشأن التمويل والميزانية تستحق أن ينظر فيها مؤتمر الأطراف في اجتماعه الثالث، وترد مناقشتها أدناه.

In closing the deliberations of the contact group, the chair indicated that more attention was needed on the subject in order to deliver proper guidelines to the Conference of the Parties at its seventh meeting and to the Conference of the Parties of the Stockholm Convention at its first meeting.
