Voluntary contributions to the sub-account of the UNPROFOR Special Account established for the reinforcement of the Force with a rapid reaction capacity include the following:
١٣ - تشمل التبرعات التي قدمت الى الحساب الفرعي المنشأ في إطار الحساب الخاص لقوة اﻷمم المتحدة للحماية من أجل تعزيز القوة بقدرة على الرد السريع ما يلي:

In a special letter of appeal dated 27 October 1993 sent to all Member States, the Secretary-General appealed to Governments to contribute generously to the sub-account of the fund for the Somali police force.
وفي رسالة نداء خاصة مؤرخة ٢٧ تشرين اﻷول/أكتوبر ١٩٩٣ موجهة إلى جميع الدول اﻷعضاء، ناشد اﻷمين العام الحكومات أن تساهم بسخاء في الحساب الفرعي للصندوق الخاص بقوة الشرطة الصومالية.

11. Requests the Secretary-General to return to the Member States concerned the unspent cash contributions made to the sub-account for the rapid reaction capacity established pursuant to paragraph 15 of General Assembly resolution 49/248 of 20 July 1995, and also requests him to take the necessary steps to close the sub-account;
١١ - تطلب إلى اﻷمين العام أن يعيد إلى الدول اﻷعضاء المعنية المساهمات النقدية غير المنفقة المقدمة إلى الحساب الفرعي لقدرة الرد السريع المنشأ عملا بالفقرة ١٥ مـــن قرار الجمعية العامة ٤٩/٢٤٨ المؤرخ ٢٠ تموز/يوليه ١٩٩٥، كما تطلب إليه اتخاذ الخطوات اللازمة ﻹغلاق الحساب الفرعي؛

27. In paragraph 11 of the same resolution, the General Assembly requested the Secretary-General to return to the Member States concerned the unspent cash contributions made to the sub-account for the rapid reaction capacity and to close the sub-account.
27 - وفي الفقرة 11 من القرار نفسه، طلبت الجمعية العامة إلى الأمين العام أن يعيد إلى الدول الأعضاء المعنية المساهمات النقدية غير المنفقة المقدمة إلى الحساب الفرعي لقوة الرد السريع وإغلاق الحساب الفرعي.

26. The voluntary cash contributions received for the strengthening of UNPROFOR with a rapid reaction capacity, which amounted to $3,921,721, were also returned to the Member States concerned in July 1996 and the sub-account was closed.
٢٦- كذلك فقد أعيدت أيضا إلى الدول اﻷعضاء المعنية، في تموز/يوليه ١٩٩٦، التبرعات النقدية المستلمة من أجل تعزيز قدرة الرد السريع لقوة اﻷمم المتحدة للحماية والتي بلغت قيمتها ٧٢١ ٩٢١ ٣ دولارا، وأقفل الحساب الفرعي.

Disbursements from the sub-account were subject to the requirements set out in section III.B of the decision of the Sanctions Committee of 14 October 1991 (S/23149), i.e., in-country monitoring and bi-weekly statements by the Secretary-General to the Sanctions Committee, including outlines of anticipated future obligations.
وتخضع المدفوعات من الحساب الفرعي للشروط المبينة في الفرع الثالث - باء من قرار لجنة الجزاءات المؤرخ ١٤ تشرين اﻷول/اكتوبر ١٩٩١ (S/23149)، أي الرصد داخل القطر وتقديم اﻷمين العام لبيانات نصف شهرية إلى لجنة الجزاءات، بما فيها عروض للالتزامات المقبلة المتوقعة.
