4. Progress on two additional evaluation exercises requested by the Executive Committee during its forty-fifth session was reported at the June meeting of the Sub-Committee on Administrative and Financial Matters.

On 20 June, UNHCR reported to the Sub-Committee on Administrative and Financial Matters that the exercise had been undertaken by the Inspection and Evaluation Service.

A process of informal consultations led to the adoption at the June 1995 meeting of the Sub-Committee on Administrative and Financial Matters of a series of conclusions on budget structure and governance; these will be presented to the forty-sixth session of the Executive Committee for endorsement.

5. The Inspection and Evaluation Service is organized along the lines of the proposal the High Commissioner presented to the Sub-Committee on Administrative and Financial Matters in September 1994 (EC/SC.2/70 and Corr.1).

29. In the formulation of its Conclusions on Refugee Women and Refugee Children, the Executive Committee endorsed a request from the Sub-Committee on Administrative and Financial Matters to undertake a results-based evaluation of the Women Victims of Violence project in Kenya (A/AC.96/839, para.22 (d)).
٩٢- وأقرت اللجنة التنفيذية لدى صياغة استنتاجاتها بصدد اللاجئين من النساء واﻷطفال طلباً مقدماً من اللجنة الفرعية للشؤون اﻹدارية والمالية بإجراء تقييم مستند إلى النتائج لمشروع ضحايا العنف من النساء المنفذ في كينيا )الفقرة ٢٢ )د( من الوثيقة A/AC.96/839(.

(d) Requests the High Commissioner to keep the Executive Committee members fully informed of project progress through a presentation to the Sub-Committee on Administrative and Financial Matters early in 1995, and by continuing to encourage members to put forth their ideas and make available the experience gained by their national institutions in implementing similar projects.

The meeting was convened to approve an increase in the General Programmes target, endorsed by the 16 January 1995 meeting of the Sub-Committee on Administrative and Financial Matters, from $ 415.4 million to $ 428.7 million.

Recalling decisions taken at the 16 January and 4 April meetings of the Sub-Committee on Administrative and Financial Matters, and noting the recommendations of the Working Group on Executive Committee Working Methods, the Executive Committee decides that:
اذ تذكﱢر بالمقررات التي اتخذت في اجتماعات اللجنة الفرعية للشؤون الادارية والمالية المعقودة في ٦١ كانون الثاني/يناير و٤ نيسان/أبريل، واذ تشير إلى توصيات الفريق العامل المعني بأساليب عمل اللجنة التنفيذية، تقرر ما يلي:
