2. For each State or regional economic integration organization ratifying, accepting, approving or acceding to this Convention after the deposit of the thirtieth instrument of such action, this Convention shall enter into force on the thirtieth day after the date of deposit by such State or organization of the relevant instrument or on the date this Convention enters into force pursuant to paragraph 1 of this article, whichever is later.
2- بالنسبة لكل دولة أو منظمة إقليمية للتكامل الاقتصادي تصدق على هذه الاتفاقية أو تقبلها أو تقرها أو تنضم إليها، بعد إيداع الصك الثلاثين المتعلق بذلك الإجراء، يبدأ نفاذ هذه الاتفاقية في اليوم الثلاثين من تاريخ إيداع تلك الدولة أو المنظمة الصك ذا الصلة أو في تاريخ بدء نفاذ هذه الاتفاقية عملا بالفقرة 1 من هذه المادة، أيهما كان اللاحق.

Following the preparation of authentic texts in the six official languages of the United Nations, the Convention will be opened for signature in Oslo on 3 December this year, and will enter into force six months after the deposit of the thirtieth instrument of ratification, acceptance, approval or accession.
وبعد إعداد النصوص المتساوية الحجية باللغات الست الرسمية للأمم المتحدة، سيُفتح باب التوقيع على الاتفاقية في أوسلو في 3 كانون الأول/ديسمبر من هذا العام، وستصبح نافذة بعد إيداع الصك الثلاثين من صكوك التصديق أو القبول أو الموافقة أو الانضمام.

Article 68 of the Convention states, " [t]his Convention shall enter into force on the ninetieth day after the date of deposit of the thirtieth instrument of ratification, acceptance, [or] approval.... "
وتنص المادة 68 من الاتفاقية على " يبدأ نفاذ هذه الاتفاقية في اليوم التسعين من تاريخ إيداع الصك الثلاثين من صكوك التصديق أو القبول أو الإقرار ... "

2. For any State that deposits its instrument of ratification, acceptance, approval or accession after the date of the deposit of the thirtieth instrument of ratification, acceptance, approval or accession, this Convention shall enter into force on the first day of the sixth month after the date on which that State has deposited its instrument of ratification, acceptance, approval or accession. Article 18
2 - تدخل هذه الاتفاقية حيز النفاذ، بالنسبة للدولة التي تودع صك تصديقها أو قبولها أو موافقتها أو انضمامها بعد تاريخ إيداع الصك الثلاثين من صكوك التصديق أو القبول أو الموافقة أو الانضمام، في اليوم الأول من الشهر السادس بعد تاريخ إيداع تلك الدولة صك تصديقها أو قبولها أو موافقتها أو انضمامها.

I. Introduction 1. The United Nations Convention against Corruption, adopted by the General Assembly in its resolution 58/4 of 31 October 2003, entered into force on 14 December 2005, pursuant to article 68 of the Convention, which provides for its entry into force on the ninetieth day after the date of deposit of the thirtieth instrument of ratification, acceptance, approval or accession.
1- دخلت اتفاقية الأمم المتحدة لمكافحة الفساد حيّز النفاذ يوم 14 كانون الأول/ ديسمبر 2005، عملا بأحكام المادة 68 من الاتفاقية التي تنص على بدء نفاذ الاتفاقية في اليوم التسعين من تاريخ إيداع الصك الثلاثين من صكوك التصديق أو القبول أو الإقرار أو الانضمام. وكانت الجمعية العامة قد اعتمدت هذه الاتفاقية بموجب قرارها 58/4 المؤرخ 31 تشرين الأول/أكتوبر 2003.

2. For each State or entity which ratifies the Agreement or accedes thereto after the deposit of the thirtieth instrument of ratification or accession, this Agreement shall enter into force on the thirtieth day following the deposit of its instrument of ratification or accession.
٢ - يبدأ نفاذ هذا الاتفاق بالنسبة لكل دولة أو كيان يصدق عليه أو ينضم اليه بعد إيداع الوثيقة الثلاثين من وثائق التصديق أو الانضمام، في اليوم الثلاثين التالي ﻹيداع وثيقة التصديق أو الانضمام الخاصة به.

2. For each State or entity which ratifies the Agreement or accedes thereto after the deposit of the thirtieth instrument of ratification or accession, this Agreement shall enter into force on the thirtieth day following the deposit of its instrument of ratification or accession.
٢ - يبدأ نفاذ هذا الاتفاق بالنسبة لكل دولة أو كيان يصدق عليه أو ينضم اليه بعد إيداع الوثيقة الثلاثين من وثائق التصديق أو الانضمام، وذلك في اليوم الثلاثين التالي ﻹيداع وثيقة التصديق أو الانضمام الخاصة به.
