66- ومن المتوقع أن تختار اللجنة، في دورتها الثالثة عشرة، أفرقة خبراء، مع المراعاة الواجبة لمبدأ التوزيع الجغرافي العادل، لعقد مناقشات المائدة المستديرة وحلقات العمل حول مواضيع المؤتمر.

In its resolution 56/119, the General Assembly decided that each congress should include a high-level segment at which States would be represented at the highest possible level and would be given an opportunity to make statements on the topics of the congress.
قرّرت الجمعية العامة، في قرارها 56/119، أن يتضمن كل مؤتمر جزءا رفيع المستوى تمثل فيه الدول على أعلى مستوى ممكن، وتتاح فيه فرصة الإدلاء ببيانات بشأن مواضيع المؤتمر.

قرّرت الجمعية العامة في قرارها 56/119 أن يتضمّن كل مؤتمر جزءا رفيع المستوى تمثل فيه الدول على أعلى مستوى ممكن، وتتاح فيه فرصة الإدلاء ببيانات بشأن مواضيع المؤتمر.

(d) As part of the high-level segment, the heads of delegation or their representatives should participate in a number of thematic interactive round tables in order to further the discussion on the topics of the congress through open dialogue;
(د) ينبغي أن يشارك رؤساء الوفود أو من يمثلهم، ضمن إطار الجزء الرفيع المستوى، في عدد من اجتماعات المائدة المستديرة التفاعلية المواضيعية، من أجل إثراء مناقشة مواضيع المؤتمر من خلال حوار مفتوح؛

(d) As part of the high-level segment, the heads of delegations or their representatives shall participate in a number of thematic interactive round tables in order to further the discussion on the topics of the congress through open dialogue;
(د) أن يشارك رؤساء الوفود أو من يمثلهم، ضمن إطار الجزء الرفيع المستوى، في عدد من اجتماعات المائدة المستديرة التفاعلية المواضيعية، من أجل إثراء مناقشة مواضيع المؤتمر من خلال حوار مفتوح؛

(د) أن يشارك رؤساء الوفود أو من يمثّلهم، ضمن إطار الجزء الرفيع المستوى، في عدد من اجتماعات المائدة المستديرة التفاعلية المواضيعية، من أجل إثراء مناقشة مواضيع المؤتمر من خلال حوار مفتوح؛

The Assembly would further decide that, in accordance with its resolution 56/119, the Thirteenth Congress shall include a high-level segment at which States would be invited to be represented at the highest possible level, for example by Heads of State or Government, Government ministers or attorneys general, and that representatives would be given an opportunity to make statements on the topics of the congress.
وتقرّر الجمعية كذلك، وفقاً لقرارها 56/119، أن يتضمن المؤتمر الثالث عشر جزءا رفيع المستوى تُدعى الدول لأن تكون ممثلةً فيه على أعلى مستوى ممكن، مثل رؤساء الدول أو الحكومات أو الوزراء الحكوميين أو وزراء العدل، وأن تتاح لهم فرصة للإدلاء ببيانات بشأن مواضيع المؤتمر.
