`1` تلقي التقارير من الدول والمنظمات غير الحكومية وجميع المؤسسات المختصة في منظومة الأمم المتحدة بشأن تنفيذ ومتابعة إعلان وبرنامج عمل ديربان وتقديم توصيات إلى الدول فيما يخص برامج عملها الوطنية مع مراعاة قلة موارد البلدان النامية؛

١٠ - تطلب إلى اﻷمين العام إبلاغ لجنة حقوق اﻹنسان في دورتها الثانية والخمسين والجمعية العامة في دورتها الحادية والخمسين بأنشطة المنظمات والصناديق والبرامج والوكالات والمتخصصة في منظومة اﻷمم المتحدة المتعلقة بتنفيذ إعلان الحق في التنمية؛
