The Secretariat was requested to prepare a draft guide for consideration at future sessions of the Working Group and the Commission.
وطُلب إلى الأمانة أن تعد مشروع دليل لينظر فيه الفريق العامل واللجنة في إحدى دوراتهما المقبلة.

In objection to that view, it was stated that the Working Group and the Commission had restricted the usage of that expression in other provisions and that, because of its potential ambiguity, it would therefore not be appropriate in the present case.

وأشير إلى أنه جرى الاستشهاد بأعمال الأونسيترال في الأعمال التي اضطلعت بها بعض تلك المنظمات، وعلى هذا الأساس اقتُرح أن يطلب إلى الأمانة، في إطار وظيفتها التنسيقية، أن ترصد تطوّر تلك الأعمال بهدف تقديم تقارير إلى الفريق العامل واللجنة.

The Working Group adopted the substance of the preface of the draft Registry Guide on the understanding that the preface would be updated following the sessions of the Working Group and the Commission to reflect the respective deliberations.
16- اعتمد الفريق العامل مضمون التمهيد لمشروع دليل السجل على أساس أن يحدَّث هذا التمهيد عقب دورتي الفريق العامل واللجنة بحيث يجسّد مداولاتهما.

4. Mr. Tang Houzhi (China) said that during the discussions in the Working Group and the Commission, he had failed to understand why there was such resistance to agreements reached by the parties.
4- السيد تانغ هوتشي (الصين): قال انه خلال المناقشات في إطار الفريق العامل واللجنة أيضا، تعذّر عليه أن يفهم لماذا كان هناك مثل هذه الممانعة بشأن الاتفاقات التي يتوصّل اليها الأطراف.

Mr. Sekolec (Secretary of the Commission) said that following the next session of the Working Group in September 2003, the draft Guide would be circulated with a request for comments, which would be used by the Secretariat to prepare subsequent draft texts for the Working Group and the Commission.
