5. Takes note of the decision of the General Council of the World Trade Organization of 15 May 2003 granting a waiver with respect to the measures taken to implement the Kimberley Process Certification Scheme;

Stresses that in order for the Doha Round to be concluded satisfactorily, the negotiations should result in the establishment of rules and disciplines in the area of agriculture, adhering to the development mandate of the Doha Ministerial Declaration, the decision of the General Council of the World Trade Organization of 1 August 2004 and the Hong Kong Ministerial Declaration;

Also stresses the need for negotiations of the World Trade Organization in non-agricultural market access to live up to the development mandate of the Doha Ministerial Declaration, the decision of the General Council of the World Trade Organization of 1 August 2004 and the Hong Kong Ministerial Declaration;
3 - تؤكد أيضا ضرورة أن تفي مفاوضات منظمة التجارة العالمية فيما يتعلق بفرص الوصول إلى الأسواق غير الزراعية بما تقرر بشأن التنمية في إعلان الدوحة الوزاري، وفي قرار المجلس العام لمنظمة التجارة العالمية المؤرخ 1 آب/أغسطس 2004، وفي إعلان هونغ كونغ الوزاري؛

Recalling the Declaration on the Agreement on TradeRelated Aspects of Intellectual Property Rights (TRIPS Agreement) and Public Health adopted at the Fourth Ministerial Conference of the World Trade Organization, held in Doha in November 2001, and the decision of the General Council of the World Trade Organization of 30 August 2003 on the implementation of paragraph 6 of the Declaration,
وإذ تشير إلى الإعلان الصادر بشأن الاتفاق المتعلق بجوانب حقوق الملكية الفكرية المتصلة بالتجارة والصحة العامة الذي اعتمده المؤتمر الوزاري الرابع لمنظمة التجارة العالمية المعقود في الدوحة في تشرين الثاني/نوفمبر 2001، وإذ ترحب بالقرار الذي اتخذه المجلس العام لمنظمة التجارة لعالمية في 30 آب/أغسطس 2003 بشأن تنفيذ الفقرة 6 من هذا الإعلان،

" 14. Emphasizes, in regard to the decision of the General Council of the World Trade Organization of 1 August 2004, and consistent with the Doha work programme, the following issues of particular interest and concern to the developing countries:

We reiterate that to generate the kind of economic growth, development and poverty eradication -- that we committed to when we launched the Doha round in 2001, and reaffirmed in the Monterrey Consensus in 2002, in the decision of the General Council of the World Trade Organization of 1 August 2004 and in the 2005 Hong Kong Ministerial Declaration, a major reform of the international trading system is required.
