1. Data and information of commercial value submitted or transferred to the Authority pursuant to these Regulations or a contract issued under these Regulations, and identified by the Contractor as such, shall be considered confidential unless it is data and information which:

For example, it could be questioned whether these Regulations or emerging policies would result in commensurate environmental benefits in developing as well as in developed countries and whether environmental benefits resulting from such policies were proportionate to the trade and development effects that they could impose.

2. The sliding sheets, floor, doors and all other constituent parts of the load compartment shall fulfill either the requirements in Article 3, paragraphs 6, 8, 9 and 11 of these Regulations or the requirements set out in (i) to (vi) below.
2- تستوفي الأغلفة المنزلقة والأرضية والأبواب وسائر الأجزاء المكونة لمقصورة الشحن إما الاشتراطات الواردة في الفقرات 6 و8 و9 و11 من المادة 3 من هذه اللائحة وإما الاشتراطات المبينة في الفقرات الفرعية `1` إلى `6` أدناه.

When signing the licence application, the entrepreneur certifies by signature that according to information at his disposal, the goods will not be used in relation to weapons of mass destruction or devices of their delivery, and also the awareness of the regulations regarding control of strategic goods in Latvia and that violation of these Regulations or providing false information is penalised.
وعند التوقيع على طلب الترخيص، تشهد المؤسسة بتوقيعها أنه طبقا للمعلومات المتوافرة لديها، فإن السلع لن تستخدم فيما يتعلق بأسلحة الدمار الشامل أو أجهزة إيصالها، وأنها على علم بالتنظيمات المتعلقة بالرقابة على صادرات السلع الاستراتيجية في لاتفيا، وأن أي مخالفة لهذه التنظيمات أو إعطاء معلومات خاطئة يعرضها للعقوبة.

When signing the license application, the entrepreneur certifies with his/her signature that according to information at his/her disposal, the goods will not be used in relation to arms of mass destruction or devices for their delivery, and also that he is aware of the regulations controlling strategic goods in the Republic of Latvia and the liability for violating these Regulations or providing false information.
لدى توقيع طلب الترخيص، يشهد المتعهد بتوقيعه هذا بأن السلع لن تستخدم، حسب المعلومات المتاحة له، لأغراض تتصل بأسلحة الدمار الشامل أو أجهزة إيصالها، وأنه أيضا على علم باللوائح التي تخضع لها السلع الاستراتيجية في جمهورية لاتفيا وبالمسؤولية المترتبة على انتهاك هذه اللوائح أو الإدلاء بمعلومات زائفة.

Under article 5 of the regulations, member States are required to take " all appropriate measures... to ensure fulfilment of the obligations arising out of these Regulations or resulting from action taken by the commission under these regulations " .
وبموجب المادة 15 من اللوائح، يتعين على الدول الأعضاء أن تتخذ " جميع التدابير اللازمة ... لضمان تنفيذ الالتزامات الناشئة عن هذه اللوائح أو الناجمة عن الإجراءات المتخذة من اللجنة بموجب هذه اللوائح " .

2. The sliding sheets, floor, doors and all other constituent parts of the container shall fulfill either the requirements in Article 4, paragraphs 6, 8, 9 and 11 of these Regulations or the requirements set out in (i) to (vi) below.
2- تستوفي الأغلفة المنزلقة والأرضية والأبواب وسائر الأجزاء المكونة للحاوية إما الاشتراطات الواردة في الفقرات 6 و8 و9 و11 من المادة 4 من هذه اللائحة وإما الاشتراطات المبينة في الفقرات الفرعية `1` إلى `6` أدناه.

By signing the Import Certificate and the End-Use Certificate the importing entrepreneur certifies that the goods will not be used for production of weapons of mass destruction and means for their delivery, as well as its awareness that these goods are circulated in accordance with the laws of Latvia and the exporting country and that violation of these Regulations or providing false information is penalised.
وبتوقيع المؤسسة المستوردة على شهادة الاستيراد وشهادة المستخدم النهائي، تكون قد شهدت بذلك بأن السلع لن تستخدم في إنتاج أسلحة الدمار الشامل ووسائل إيصالها، وبأنها على علم بأن هذه السلع يتم التعامل فيها طبقا لقوانين لاتفيا والبلد المصدر، وأن أي مخالفة لهذه التنظيمات أو إعطاء معلومات خاطئة يعرضها للعقوبة.
