16. The Secretary-General shall also perform such other functions as are entrusted to him by these rules or by the Conference.
٦١- يقوم اﻷمين العام أيضا بأي وظائف أخرى يعهد بها إليه المؤتمر أو هذا النظام الداخلي.

Any official who takes any action contrary to these rules, or to the administrative instructions issued in connection therewith, may be held personally and financially liable for the consequences of his/her action.
وأي موظف يتصرف على نحو مخالف لهذه القواعد أو للتعليمات الإدارية الصادرة فيما يتصل بأداء واجباته يمكن أن يُحمل مسؤولية شخصية ومالية عن عواقب تصرفه.

4- يجوز للجنة، أو لفريق عامل منشأ بموجب الفقرة 1 من المادة 95 من هذا النظام أو لمقرر خاص مسمى بموجب الفقرة 3 من المادة 95، مطالبة الدولة الطرف أو صاحب البلاغ بتقديم معلومات أو ملاحظات خطية إضافية، خلال مهل زمنية محددة، تتصل بمسألة مقبولية البلاغ أو أسسه الموضوعية.

With the same objective to avoid a reference to knowledge, it was proposed to redraft article 30 as follows: " Any failure to comply with any provision of these rules or any requirement under the arbitration agreement shall be objected to by the other party without undue delay. "
ولتحقيق الهدف ذاته المتمثل في تجنب الإشارة إلى المعرفة، اقترح إعادة صياغة المادة 30 على النحو التالي: " يلتزم الطرف الآخر بأن يعترض، دون تأخير لا مبرر لـه، على مخالفة أي حكم من أحكام هذه القواعد أو أي شرط في اتفاق التحكيم. "

Accordingly, paragraph 2 should read as follows: " The arbitral tribunal may, at any time, after inviting the parties to express their views, extend or abridge any period of time prescribed under these rules or agreed by the parties, provided that this does not include the power to alter the period of time for issuing the award. " .
وعليه، ينبغي أن يكون نص الفقرة 2 كما يلي: " 2- يجوز لهيئة التحكيم في أي وقت، بعد دعوة الأطراف إلى إبداء آرائهم، أن تُمدِّد أو تُقصِّر أي مدة زمنية تنص عليها هذه القواعد أو يتفق عليها الأطراف، شريطة ألاّ يشمل ذلك صلاحية تغيير الفترة الزمنية اللازمة لإصدار القرار التحكيمي. " .

If, within the period of time fixed by these rules or the arbitral tribunal, without showing sufficient cause: (a) The claimant has failed to communicate its statement of claim, the arbitral tribunal shall issue an order for the termination of the arbitral proceedings, unless there are remaining matters that may need to be decided and the arbitral tribunal considers it appropriate to do so;
1- (أ) إذا قَصَّر المُدَّعِي، دون إبداء عُذر مقبول، في تقديم بيان دعواه، خلال المدة المحدَّدة في هذه القواعد أو التي تحدّدها هيئةُ التحكيم، أصدرت الهيئةُ أمراً بإنهاء إجراءات التحكيم، ما لم تكن هناك مسائلُ متبقيةٌ قد يلزمُ الفصلُ فيها ورأت هيئةُ التحكيم أنَّ من المناسب فعل ذلك؛
