28. Several representatives welcomed the fact that the third biennial report of the Executive Director indicated that considerable progress continued to be made by Member States towards meeting the goals set for 2008 at the twentieth special session of the General Assembly.
28- ورحّب عدّة ممثّلين بأن تقرير المدير التنفيذي الإثناسنوي الثالث أشار إلى أن الدول الأعضاء تواصل احراز تقدّم كبير صوب تحقيق الأهداف المحدّدة لعام 2008 في الدورة الإستثنائية العشرين للجمعية العامة.

The Commission welcomed the fact that the third biennial report of the Executive Director indicated that considerable progress continued to be made by Member States towards meeting the goals set for 2008 at the twentieth special session of the General Assembly.
