For each State which becomes a Contracting State to this Convention after the date of the deposit of the fifth instrument of ratification, acceptance, approval or accession, this Convention enters into force on the first day of the month following the expiration of one year after the date of the deposit of the appropriate instrument on behalf of that State.
٢ - بالنسبة لكل دولة تصبح دولة متعاقدة في هذه الاتفاقية بعد تاريخ ايداع الصك الخامس الخاص بالتصديق أو القبول أو الاقرار أو الانضمام، يبدأ نفاذ هذه الاتفاقية في اليوم اﻷول من الشهر التالي لانقضاء سنة على تاريخ ايداع الصك اللازم من قبل تلك الدولة.

2 - بالنسبة لكل دولة تصبح دولة متعاقدة في هذه الاتفاقية بعد تاريخ إيداع الصك الخامس من صكوك التصديق أو القبول أو الإقرار أو الانضمام، يبدأ نفاذ هذه الاتفاقية في اليوم الأول من الشهر التالي لانقضاء ستة أشهر على تاريخ إيداع الصك المناسب نيابة عن تلك الدولة.
