" (a) Contracts concluded for personal, family or household purposes unless the party offering the goods or services, at any time before or at the conclusion of the contract, neither knew nor ought to have known that they were intended for any such use;
" (أ) العقود المبرمة لأغراض شخصية أو عائلية أو منـزلية إلا إذا كان الطرف الذي يقدم السلع أو الخدمات لم يعلم ولا كان يفترض فيه أن يكون على علم، في أي وقت قبل إبرام العقد أو عند إبرامه، أن غرضها هو أي من هذه الاستخدامات؛

16. According to article 1 (2), internationality is irrelevant where " the fact that the parties have their places of business in different States [...] does not appear either from the contract or from any dealings between, or from information disclosed by, the parties at any time before or at the conclusion of the contract " .
16- وفقاً لأحكام المادّة 1(2)، ليس للصفة الدوليّة صلة بـ " واقع أن أماكن عمل الأطراف توجد في دول مختلفة [...] لا يظهر لا في العقد ولا في أي معاملات تجري بين الطرفين، أو في المعلومات التي يكشفان عنها في أي وقت قبل إبرام العقد أو عند إبرامه " 39.

4. If the goods are purchased for the aforementioned " personal, family or household use " purposes, the Convention does not apply " unless the seller, at any time before or at the conclusion of the contract, neither knew nor ought to have known that the goods were bought for any such use " .
4- إذا اشتريت البضائع لأغراض " الاستعمال الشخصي أو العائلي أو المنزلي " المذكورة آنفاً، لا تنطبق الاتفاقيّة " إلا إذا كان البائع، في أي وقت قبل إبرام العقد أو لدى إبرامه، على غير علم ولا يفترض فيه أن يكون على علم بأنّ البضائع قد اشتُريت لاستعمالها في أي وجه من الأوجه المذكورة " 8.

The requirement of " internationality " was " to be disregarded " under article 1, paragraph 2, " whenever [it] does not appear either from the contract or from any dealings between, or from information disclosed by, the parties at any time before or at the conclusion of the contract " .
وشرط " الصبغة الدولية " قصد به أن " يهمل " بموجب الفقرة 2 من المادة 1 " متى كان غير ظاهر من العقد أو من أي تعاملات بين الأطراف، أو مما تكشف عنه هذه الأطراف من معلومات في أي وقت قبل إبرام العقد أو لدى إبرامه " .

(a) If a party has more than one place of business, the place of business is that which has the closest relationship to the contract and its performance, having regard to the circumstances known to or contemplated by the parties at any time before or at the conclusion of the contract;
(أ) إذا كان لأحد الطرفين أكثر من مكان عمل واحد، فيقصد بمكان العمل المكان الذي تربطه أوثق صلة بالعقد وبتنفيذه، مع مراعاة الظروف المعروفة لدى الطرفين أو التي يتوقعانها في أي وقت قبل إبرام العقد أو لدى إبرامه؛
