the Hague Regulation and the Geneva Convention relative to the Protection of Civilian Persons in Time of War of 12 August 1949, United Nations, Treaty Series, vol. 75, No. 973. in order to protect the rights of Palestinian women and their families;

" 2. Calls upon Israel, the occupying Power, to scrupulously abide by its obligations and responsibilities under the Geneva Convention relative to the Protection of Civilian Persons in Time of War, of 12 August 1949;

The Geneva Convention relative to the Protection of Civilian Persons in Time of War of 12 August 1949 prohibits the occupying Power from transferring parts of its own civilian population to the territory it occupies.

6. Urges all concerned parties to abide by their obligations and respect in all circumstances the rules of international humanitarian law, including the Geneva Convention relative to the Protection of Civilian Persons in Time of War of 12 August 1949 and refrain from violence against civilian population;
6 - يحث جميع الأطراف المعنية على أن تـتـقيد بالتزاماتها وأن تحترم في جميع الظروف قواعد القانون الإنساني الدولي، بما في ذلك اتفاقية جنيف المتعلقة بحماية المدنيين وقت الحرب المؤرخة 12 آب/أغسطس 1949، وأن تمتنع عن القيام بأعمال عنف ضد السكان المدنيين؛

2. Demands that Israel, the occupying Power, accept the de jure applicability of the Geneva Convention relative to the Protection of Civilian Persons in Time of War, of 12 August 1949, to the occupied Palestinian territory, including Jerusalem, and to respect the provisions of the Convention;
٢ - يطلب من اسرائيل، الدولة القائمة بالاحتلال، أن تقبل أن تطبق بحكم القانون على اﻷرض الفلسطينية المحتلة، بما في ذلك القدس، اتفاقية جنيف المتعلقة بحماية المدنيين وقت الحرب والمؤرخة في ٢١ آب/اغسطس ٩٤٩١، وأن تحترم أحكام تلك الاتفاقية؛

Recalling Security Council resolutions related to the applicability of the Geneva Convention relative to the Protection of Civilian Persons in Time of War, of 12 August 1949, to the Palestinian and other occupied Arab territories, which call for Israel's commitment to them,
اذ تذكر بقرارات مجلس اﻷمن المتعلقة بانطباق اتفاقية جنيف المتعلقة بحماية المدنيين وقت الحرب والمؤرخة في ٢١ آب/أغسطس ٩٤٩١ على اﻷراضي الفلسطينية والعربية اﻷخرى المحتلة، والتي تطلب من اسرائيل الوفاء بالالتزام بها،

Reiterating the obligation of Israel, the occupying Power, to abide scrupulously by its legal obligations and responsibilities under the Fourth Geneva Convention relative to the Protection of Civilian Persons in Time of War of 12 August 1949,
وإذ يعيد تأكيد أنه من واجب إسرائيل، السلطة القائمة بالاحتلال، التقيد تقيدا صارما بالالتزامات والمسؤوليات القانونية بموجب اتفاقية جنيف الرابعة المتعلقة بحماية الأشخاص المدنيين في وقت الحرب والمؤرخة 12 آب/أغسطس 1949،

They also constitute grave violations of international law and international humanitarian law, particularly the Fourth Geneva Convention relative to the Protection of Civilian Persons in Time of War of 1949.
