The Council has continued to express concern about restrictions on humanitarian access in several situations and has called on all parties to provide rapid and unimpeded access to all persons in need of assistance.

8. Urges the Government of Myanmar to cooperate fully with humanitarian organizations, including by ensuring full, safe and unhindered access of humanitarian assistance to all persons in need throughout the country;

It also called upon the Government of the Sudan and all parties to the conflict to permit international agencies, humanitarian organizations and donor Governments to deliver humanitarian assistance to the civilian population and to cooperate in the initiatives of the Department of Humanitarian Affairs of the United Nations Secretariat to deliver assistance to all persons in need.
وطلبت أيضا الى حكومة السودان وجميع اﻷطراف في النزاع بالسماح للوكالات الدولية والمنظمات الانسانية والحكومات المانحة بتقديم المساعدات الانسانية الى السكان المدنيين والتعاون في مبادرات إدارة الشؤون الانسانية باﻷمانة العامة لﻷمم المتحدة لتقديم المساعدات الانسانية الى جميع اﻷشخاص المحتاجين اليها.

The Human Rights Council urged the Government to cooperate fully with humanitarian organizations, including by ensuring full, safe and unhindered access of humanitarian assistance to all persons in need throughout the country.

In performing their duties, defence and security forces personnel shall provide adequate protection, assistance and refuge to all persons in need.
