1. In its resolution 19/17, the Human Rights Council decided to establish an independent international fact-finding mission to investigate the implications of the Israeli settlements on the civil, political, economic, social and cultural rights of the Palestinian people throughout the Occupied Palestinian Territory, including East Jerusalem.
1- قرر مجلس حقوق الإنسان في قراره 19/17 إنشاء بعثة دولية مستقلة لتقصي الحقائق من أجل التحقيق في آثار بناء المستوطنات الإسرائيلية على الحقوق المدنية والسياسية والاقتصادية والاجتماعية والثقافية للشعب الفلسطيني في جميع أنحاء الأرض الفلسطينية المحتلة، بما فيها القدس الشرقية.

The present report is submitted pursuant to Human Rights Council resolution 19/17, in which the Council decided to establish an independent international fact-finding mission to investigate the implications of the Israeli settlements on the human rights of the Palestinian people throughout the Occupied Palestinian Territory, including East Jerusalem.
يُقدم هذا التقرير عملاً بقرار مجلس حقوق الإنسان 19/17، الذي قرر فيه المجلس إنشاء بعثة دولية مستقلة لتقصي الحقائق من أجل التحقيق في آثار بناء المستوطنات الإسرائيلية على حقوق الإنسان للشعب الفلسطيني في جميع أنحاء الأرض الفلسطينية المحتلة، بما فيها القدس الشرقية.

I will also continue my efforts to investigate the implications of the interim proposal contained in the seven-point plan of the Government of Lebanon, and I will continue my consultations with all relevant parties and keep the Council informed.

Such actions on the part of Israel constituted grave breaches of international humanitarian law, in fact war crimes, as concluded by the independent international fact-finding mission to investigate the implications of the Israeli settlements on the civil, political, economic, social and cultural rights of the Palestinian people throughout the Occupied Palestinian Territory, including East Jerusalem.

13. On the basis of Human Rights Council mandates, OHCHR continued to support the commissions of inquiry on Libya and the Syrian Arab Republic and assisted in the establishment of the independent international fact-finding mission to investigate the implications of the Israeli settlements on the civil, political, economic, social and cultural rights of the Palestinian people throughout the Occupied Palestinian Territory, including East Jerusalem.

In its resolution 19/17, the Council decided to dispatch an independent international fact-finding mission to investigate the implications of the Israeli settlements on the civil, political, economic, social and cultural rights of the Palestinian people throughout the Occupied Palestinian Territory, including East Jerusalem.
91- قرر المجلس، في قراره 19/17، أن يوفد بعثة دولية مستقلة لتقصي الحقائق للتحقيق في ما يترتب على المستوطنات الإسرائيلية من تداعيات بالنسبة إلى الحقوق المدنية والسياسية والاقتصادية والاجتماعية والثقافية للشعب الفلسطيني في جميع أنحاء الأرض الفلسطينية المحتلة، بما في ذلك القدس الشرقية.

It also reiterates its appreciation for the process launched by the Secretary-General to investigate the implications of the interim proposal contained in the seven-point plan of the Government of Lebanon regarding the Shebaa farms area.
