The findings of the Committee shall be forwarded, through the Secretary-General, to the complainant and to the State party concerned.

Where the Committee or the Working Group decides that a complaint is inadmissible under article 22 of the Convention, or its consideration is suspended or discontinued, the Committee shall as soon as possible transmit its decision, through the Secretary-General, to the complainant and to the State party concerned.
1- إذا قررت اللجنة أو الفريق العامل أن الشكوى غير مقبولة بموجب المادة 22 من الاتفاقية، أو إذا علق النظر فيها أو أوقف، وجب على اللجنة أن تقوم، في أقرب وقت ممكن، عن طريق الأمين العام، بإبلاغ مقررها إلى مقدم الشكوى وإلى الدولة الطرف.
