The present report provides an aggregate analysis of trends and figures in the implementation of the Convention on Cluster Munitions, operationalized in the Vientiane Action Plan, from the entry into force of the Convention on 1 August 2010 up to the Fifth Meeting of States Parties, to be held in San José in September 2014.
