(ز) بذل المساعي الحميدة وتقديم المشورة والدعم إلى حكومة جمهورية الكونغو الديمقراطية لوضع وتنفيذ برنامج مشترك متعدد السنوات لدعم العدالة تابع للأمم المتحدة، وفقا للاستراتيجية الكونغولية للإصلاح القضائي، من أجل تطوير مؤسسات وعمليات العدالة الجنائية والشرطة والقضاء والسجون في المناطق المتضررة من النزاع؛
