II. INTERNATIONAL DEVELOPMENTS AND CONCERNS relating to the sale of children, CHILD PROSTITUTION AND CHILD PORNOGRAPHY

(a) To consider matters relating to the sale of children, child prostitution and child pornography;
(أ) النظر في المسائل المتصلة ببيع الأطفال وبغاء الأطفال واستغلال الأطفال في المواد الإباحية؛

To that end, the Committee requests that the State party provide in its next report an evaluation of the implementation and use of the strengthened legislation with regard to the sale of children, child prostitution and child pornography, including the measures taken to review the provisions mentioned in paragraphs 17 and 18 above.

55. The Committee encourages the State party to continue its cooperation with United Nations specialized agencies and programmes and civil society organizations and also through bilateral arrangements in order to address the root causes, such as poverty and underdevelopment, contributing to the vulnerability of children, to the sale of children, child prostitution and child pornography.
55- تشجع اللجنة الدولة الطرف على مواصلة تعاونها مع الوكالات المتخصصة والبرامج في منظومة الأمم المتحدة، ومع منظمات المجتمع المدني وكذلك من خلال الترتيبات الثنائية، للتمكن من معالجة الأسباب الجذرية، من قبيل الفقر والتخلف، التي تسهم في تعرض الأطفال وبيع الأطفال وبغاء الأطفال واستغلال الأطفال في المواد الإباحية.

All these agencies should collect and collate information on child rights, especially with regard to the sale of children, child prostitution and child pornography, and report annually to the General Assembly, as well to the Special Rapporteur and other concerned entities.
