In this connection, the letter from the Under-Secretary-General for Administration and Management to the Chairman of the Advisory Committee, detailing the above-mentioned measures, and the letter from the Chairman of the Committee to the Secretary-General relating to the Under-Secretary-General's letter are contained respectively in annexes I and II to the present report.
٣ - وفي هذا الصدد فإن الرسالة الموجهة من وكيل اﻷمين العام لﻹدارة والتنظيم الى رئيس اللجنة الاستشارية، التي تعرض بالتفصيل التدابير المذكورة أعلاه. ترد في المرفق اﻷول من هذا التقرير، كما ترد في المرفق الثاني منه الرسالة الموجهة من رئيس اللجنة الى اﻷمين العام بشأن رسالة وكيل اﻷمين العام.
