It further recalls the resolutions of the Security Council, in particular its resolutions 476 (1980) and 478 (1980) in which it decides not to recognize the " Basic Law " on Jerusalem, calls upon those States that have established diplomatic missions at Jerusalem to withdraw such missions from the Holy City, condemns States that have transferred their missions to Jerusalem and urges all States to comply with the provisions of the two resolutions.
وإذ نستذكر كذلك القرارات الصادرة عن مجلس اﻷمن، خاصة القرارين ٤٧٦ )١٩٨٠( و ٤٧٨ )١٩٨٠( اللذين قرر فيهما المجلس، عدم الاعتراف )بالقانون اﻷساسي(، وطلب من الدول التي أقامت بعثات دبلوماسية في القدس أن تسحب هذه البعثات من المدينة المقدسة، وشجب نقل بعض الدول بعثاتها إلى القدس، وطلب من جميع الدول أن تلتزم بأحكامهما.

The Syrian Arab Republic further calls on all States to comply fully with the provisions of resolution 59/32, in particular the third preambular paragraph, which refers to Security Council resolution 478 (1980), in which the Security Council calls upon those States that have established diplomatic missions at Jerusalem to withdraw such missions from the Holy City and to accept the decision set forth in the resolution.
كما تدعو الجمهورية العربية السورية جميع الدول إلى الالتزام التام بأحكام القرار 59/32 وعلى وجه الخصوص ما ورد في فقرة الديباجة الثالثة منه والتي تشير إلى قرار مجلس الأمن رقم 478 (1980)، الذي يطلب فيه المجلس إلى الدول التي أقامت بعثات دبلوماسية في القدس أن تسحب هذه البعثات من المدينة المقدسة وأن تمتثل لأحكام هذا القرار.

The Syrian Arab Republic also calls for full compliance with the provisions of General Assembly resolution 60/41, in particular the reference in its third preambular paragraph to Security Council resolution 478 (1980), in which the Council called upon those States which had established diplomatic missions in Jerusalem to withdraw such missions from the Holy City and to comply with the provisions of that resolution.
