٢ - إذا كان عدد المرشحين الحاصلين على تلك اﻷغلبية أقل من عدد المناصب المراد شغلها، تجرى اقتراعات اضافية لملء المناصب المتبقية، على أن يقتصر الاقتراع على المرشحين الحاصلين على أكبر عدد من اﻷصوات في الاقتراع السابق، بعدد لا يتجاوز ضعف عدد المناصب المتبقية المراد شغلها.
