20. The United Nations General Assembly, in its resolution 68/179, has requested all States " to enforce labour law effectively, including by addressing violations of such law, with regard to migrant workers' labour relations and working conditions, inter alia, those related to their remuneration and conditions of health, safety at work and the right to freedom of association " .
20- وقد طلبت الجمعية العامة للأمم المتحدة في قرارها 68/179 إلى جميع الدول أن تقوم " بإنفاذ قوانين العمل على نحو فعال، بطرق منها التصدي لانتهاكات تلك القوانين، فيما يتعلق بعلاقات العمل وظروفه المتصلة بالعمال المهاجرين، بما فيها العلاقات والظروف المتصلة بأجورهم وأوضاعهم الصحية وسلامتهم في أماكن العمل وحقهم في حرية تكوين الجمعيات " .
