Calls upon all Governments, the United Nations High Commissioner for Human Rights and United Nations bodies and agencies, as well as relevant intergovernmental and nongovernmental organizations, to commemorate on 26 June the United Nations International Day in Support of Victims of Torture, this year with particular emphasis on reparation for torture victims;
