1. Takes note with appreciation of the proposal submitted by Germany to the Governing Council at its thirty-ninth session, to host the headquarters of the United Nations Development Programme, of its affiliated funds and of the United Nations Population Fund in Bonn from 1996 onwards;
١ - يحيط علما مع التقدير بالاقتراح المقدم من جمهورية المانيا الاتحادية الى مجلس الادارة في دورته التاسعة والثلاثين لاستضافة مقر برنامج اﻷمم المتحدة الانمائي، ومقار الصناديق المنتسبة اليه، ومقر صندوق اﻷمم المتحدة للسكان في بون اعتبارا من عام ١٩٩٦ فصاعدا؛

2. Requests the Executive Director to thoroughly study the problem within the framework of existing United Nations Population Fund institutional structures and systems, in consultation with relevant actors, including, as appropriate, development institutions that are familiar with the programmes of the United Nations Population Fund in recipient countries, particularly those in Africa;

1. Takes note of the comments made by the United Nations Population Fund in document DP/FPA/1997/4 in response to the recommendations made in the report of the United Nations Board of Auditors for the biennium 1994-1995 (A/51/5/Add.7);
١ - يحيط علما بالتعليقات المقدمة من صندوق اﻷمم المتحدة للسكان في الوثيقة DP/FPA/1997/4 استجابة للتوصيات الواردة في تقرير مجلس مراجعي حسابات اﻷمم المتحدة عن فترة السنتين ١٩٩٤/١٩٩٥ )(A/51/5/Add.7؛

3. Also requests the Executive Director to submit to the Executive Board at its first regular session 1996 a report containing a reappraisal of the future role of the United Nations Population Fund in assessing and meeting the unmet needs for contraceptives and the requirements for logistics management.
