5. urges the Working Group to continue to identify ways and means and to suggest further concrete measures to promote an international economic environment which is more responsive to the needs of the developing countries, particularly the least developed among them, so as to allow the right to development to be implemented;

6. urges the Working Group to make recommendations on the implementation of the right to development, taking into account policies at the national and international levels, particularly towards the creation of a favourable international economic climate which would be more responsive to the needs of the developing countries, as well as to give priority to the special needs of the least developed countries;
٦- تحث الفريق العامل على وضع توصيات بشأن إعمال الحق في التنمية، آخذا في اعتباره السياسات على المستويات الوطنية والدولية، ولا سيما من أجل تهيئة مناخ اقتصادي دولي موات أكثر استجابة لاحتياجات البلدان النامية وكذلك على إيلاء اﻷولوية للاحتياجات الخاصة ﻷقل البلدان نموا؛

" (c) urges the Working Group to continue to exert efforts during the fifty-ninth session, aimed at achieving progress in the consideration of all issues relevant to the question of equitable representation on and increase in the membership of the Security Council and other matters related to the Security Council;
