39. URNG members shall receive vocational guidance and assistance during the demobilization phase, and subsequently if necessary.

46. The Parties agree that the integration of URNG members into civilian life requires that they participate actively in production on a basis of dignity, development and legality.

49. Since a large proportion of URNG members are of Mayan origin, the Parties agree to stipulate that the integration programme must be implemented in conformity with the Agreement on Identity and Rights of Indigenous Peoples.
