After discussion, it was generally agreed that the Working Group should proceed to identifying the legal obstacles to the use of electronic transferable records.

At its forty-sixth session (Vienna, 29 October-2 November 2012), the Working Group continued its examination of the legal issues relating to the use of electronic transferable records.
