The Committee shall transmit, as it may consider appropriate, to United Nations specialized agencies, funds and programmes and other competent bodies, its views or recommendations concerning communications and inquiries that indicate a need for technical advice or assistance, along with the State party's observations and suggestions, if any, on these views or recommendations.

3. The Committee may request the State party to include information on any action taken in response to its views or recommendations in its reports under article 35 of the Convention.

2. Subsequently, the Committee may invite the State party concerned to submit further information about any measures the State party has taken in response to its views or recommendations.
2- يجوز للجنة لاحقاً أن تدعو الدولة الطرف المعنية إلى تقديم مزيد من المعلومات فيما يخص أية تدابير تكون الدولة الطرف قد اتخذتها استجابة لآراء اللجنة أو توصياتها.

2. After the six-month period referred to in paragraph 1 of the present rule, the Committee may invite the State party concerned to submit further information about any measures the State party has taken in response to its views or recommendations or in response to a friendly settlement agreement.
2- بعد انقضاء فترة الستة أشهر المشار إليها في الفقرة 1 من هذه المادة، يجوز للجنة أن تدعو الدولة الطرف المعنية إلى تقديم مزيد من المعلومات بشأن أي تدابير تكون تلك الدولة قد اتخذتها استجابة لآراء اللجنة أو توصياتها أو لاتفاق تسوية ودية للقضية.

2. After the six-month period referred to in paragraph 1 of the present rule, the Committee may invite the State party concerned to submit further information about any measures the State party has taken in response to its views or recommendations.
2- بعد انقضاء فترة الستة أشهر المشار إليها في الفقرة 1 من هذه المادة، يجوز للجنة أن تدعو الدولة الطرف المعنية إلى تقديم مزيد من المعلومات بشأن أي تدابير تكون تلك الدولة قد اتخذتها استجابة لآراء اللجنة أو توصياتها.
