It condemns violence and acts of terrorism and calls on States to exercise due diligence to prevent, investigate and punish acts of violence against persons belonging to religious minorities, regardless of the perpetrator.
ويدين القرار العنف وأعمال الإرهاب ويحث الدول على ممارسة العناية الواجبة لمنع أعمال العنف ضد الأشخاص المنتمين إلى أقليات دينية والتحقيق فيها والمعاقبة عليها بصرف النظر عن مرتكبها.

States have an obligation to exercise due diligence to prevent, investigate and punish acts of violence against persons belonging to religious minorities, regardless of the perpetrator.
ويقع على عاتق الدول التزام بممارسة العناية الواجبة لمنع أعمال العنف ضد الأشخاص المنتمين إلى أقليات دينية والتحقيق فيها والمعاقبة عليها بصرف النظر عن مرتكبها.

The Committee further encourages the State party to expand throughout the State, preventive programmes to curb violence against persons belonging to scheduled castes and scheduled tribes, especially women.
وتشجع اللجنة الدولة الطرف على تعميم البرامج الوقائية في جميع أنحاء الدولة لكبح العنف ضد الأشخاص المنتمين إلى الطوائف والقبائل المعترف بها، خاصة النساء.

9. Strongly condemns all violence against persons belonging to religious or ethnic groups, and calls upon all parties to fully respect international law;
9- يدين بشدة جميع أعمال العنف ضد الأشخاص المنتمين إلى جماعات دينية أو عرقية، ويهيب بكل الأطراف أن تحترم القانون الدولي احتراماً تاماً؛
