1. Decides to incorporate the modifications proposed by the Government of France into the French language version of the lists of wastes contained in Annexes VIII and IX;

At its second session, in October 2003, the Open-ended Working Group noted the work undertaken by the Government of France in revising the translation into French of the lists of wastes contained in Annexes VIII and IX.
