We call upon States to adopt unilateral, bilateral, regional and multilateral measures to contribute to ensuring the application of scientific and technological progress within the framework of international security, disarmament and other related spheres, without detriment to the environment and with a view to achieving sustainable development.
نهيب بالدول أن تتخذ تدابير انفرادية وثنائية وإقليمية ومتعددة الأطراف لكي تسهم في كفالة تطبيق التقدم العلمي والتكنولوجي في إطار الأمن الدولي ونزع السلاح وسائر المجالات ذات الصلة، بدون الإضرار بالبيئة وبغية تحقيق التنمية المستدامة.

2. 2 - تهيب بالدول أن تتخذ تدابير انفرادية وثنائية وإقليمية ومتعددة الأطراف لكي تسهم في كفالة تطبيق التقدم العلمي والتكنولوجي في إطار الأمن الدولي ونزع السلاح والمجالات الأخرى المتصلة بذلك، دون الإضرار بالبيئة أو الحيلولة دون أن تسهم على نحو فعال في تحقيق التنمية المستدامة؛

As was the case during previous sessions, the aforementioned co-sponsors remain confident that this draft resolution, contained in document A/C.1/55/L.27, inscribed within the framework of international security and regional disarmament, will continue to enjoy the support of all the members of this honourable Committee and will be adopted without a vote.
وكما جرى في الدورات السابقة يظل مقدمو مشروع القرار الوارد في الوثيقة A/C.1/55/L.27 على ثقة بأن المشروع في إطار الأمن الدولي ونزع السلاح الإقليمي سيظل متمتعا بتأييد كل أعضاء هذه اللجنة وسيعتمد بدون تصويت.
