243. The Committee is alarmed at the large number of children who have been forced, in order to survive, to live and/or work in the streets.
٣٤٢ - وتعرب اللجنة عن انزعاجها من ضخامة عدد اﻷطفال الذين يرغمون، التماسا للبقاء على قيد الحياة، على الحياة و/أو العمل في الشوارع.

JS2 observed the involvement of gangs in child labour and further noted that children were forced to work and gave a large portion of their earnings to exploiters, namely their relatives or those who control the work in the streets.

66- تلاحظ اللجنة أن الدولة الطرف قد اتخذت بعض التدابير لمعالجة وضع الأطفال الذين يعيشون أو يعملون في الشوارع.

However, it also notes reports that children in the State party work in the streets, within the family, or elsewhere in exploitative situations or to such an extent that regular school attendance is impeded.

93. The Committee further recommends that firm measures be taken to ensure the right to survival for all children in Colombia, including those who live in a situation of poverty, who have been abandoned, or those who to survive are forced to live and/or work in the streets.
٣٩- وتوصي اللجنة ايضا باتخاذ تدابير حازمة لضمان حق جميع أطفال كولومبيا في البقاء، بمن فيهم الذين يعيشون في حالة فقر، أو المنبوذون، أو الذين يضطرون إلى العيش و/أو العمل في الشوارع من أجل البقاء على قيد الحياة.

This does not mean that children are encouraged to work in the streets but this has become a fact of life for thousands of minors, abandoned at an early age by their parents because they cannot maintain them, for minors who have run away from home as a result of ill-treatment by their parents, or because they see street begging and thieving as a better way of life.
وهذا لا يعني أن اﻷطفال يشجعون على العمل في الشوارع ولكن ذلك قد أصبح واقعا من وقائع الحياة بالنسبة لﻵلاف من اﻷحداث الذين يهملهم آباؤهم في سن مبكرة ﻷنهم لا يقدرون على إعالتهم، وبالنسبة لﻷحداث الذين يهربون من منازلهم نتيجة لسوء معاملة والديهم لهم أو ﻷنهم يرون في التسول في الشوارع والسرقة سبيل عيش أفضل.

Appropriate disaggregated indicators should be identified in order to pay particular attention to all groups of children, including the most vulnerable ones such as girls, children living in rural areas, children victims of abuse, children affected by armed conflicts, disabled children, akhdam children and children who are forced to live and/or work in the streets.

The Committee is particularly concerned at the insufficient measures and programmes for the protection of the rights of the most vulnerable children, especially girls, children living in rural areas, children who are victims of abuse, children of single parents, children born out of wedlock, abandoned children, disabled children, and children who are, in order to survive, forced to live and/or work in the streets.

٤٨١- وتوصي اللجنة كذلك باتخاذ تدابير حازمة لضمان الحق في البقاء لجميع اﻷطفال في نيبال، بمن فيهم أولئك الذين يعيشون و/أو يعملون في الشوارع.

67. The Committee is concerned at the lack of information in the State party's report on children in street situations, as numerous children are known to work in the streets and are exposed to multiple forms of abuse and exploitation.
67- يساور اللجنة القلق إزاء عدم اشتمال تقرير الدولة الطرف على معلومات عن أطفال الشوارع، حيث لا يخفى أن العديد من الأطفال يعملون في الشوارع ويتعرضون لشتى أشكال الاعتداء والاستغلال.

28. The Committee notes with concern that many children, in particular Roma children, below the minimum age for employment of 15 years work in the streets and in the informal economy, and are exposed to exploitation and trafficking in persons (art. 10).
28- تلاحظ اللجنة بقلق أن كثيراً من الأطفال، خاصة أطفال الروما، دون سن العمل المحدد في 15 عاماً، يعملون في الشوارع وفي القطاع غير النظامي ويتعرضون للاستغلال والاتجار (المادة 10).

(21) The Committee is concerned by reports of the exploitation of child labour in the State party, although it does acknowledge the efforts made to assist children who live or work in the streets (arts. 23 and 24).
(21) ويساور اللجنة قلق أيضاً بشأن ما تلقته من معلومات تفيد باستغلال الأطفال في العمل في الدولة الطرف، رغم اعترافها بما بذله البلد من جهود من أجل تقديم المساعدة للأطفال الذين يعيشون أو يعملون في الشوارع (المادتان 23 و24).

477. Whenever a parent is found to be neglectful, as in the case of children who beg or work in the streets and are brought under police custody, the child is returned home and the parents are admonished by the Barangay Council for the Protection of Children (Art. 61, Child and Youth Welfare Code).
477- حيثما يتبين إهمال أحد الوالدين، كما هو الحال بالنسبة للأطفال الذين يتسولون أو يعملون في الشوارع ويُسلّمون إلى الشرطة، فإن الطفل يعاد إلى بيته ويقوم مجلس حماية الأطفال التابع للبلدة/القرية/الحي (بارانغاي) (المادة 61 من قانون رعاية الأطفال والشباب) بتنبيه الوالدين.
