At its forty-second session, the Commission will consider the agenda item " working methods of UNCITRAL " .
1- سوف تنظر اللجنة أثناء دورتها الثانية والأربعين في بند جدول الأعمال المعنون " طرائق عمل الأونسيترال " .

In that regard, the Commission recalled the link between that formal negotiation process and the universal applicability and hence acceptance of UNCITRAL texts, the importance of the transparency that that process conferred, and the need to continue the inclusive working methods of UNCITRAL.
وأشارت اللجنة في هذا الصدد إلى الصلة بين آلية التفاوض الرسمي هذه وقابلية نصوص الأونسيترال للتطبيق عالميا، ومن ثم قبول تلك النصوص، كما أشارت إلى أهمية ما توفره هذه الآلية من شفافية وإلى ضرورة الاستمرار في طرائق عمل الأونسيترال التشاركية الطابع.
