3.5 The author argues that expulsion would expose him to torture, in breach of article 7 of the Covenant.

8.6 In the light of the foregoing, the Committee considers that the complainant has not sufficiently demonstrated the existence of substantial grounds for believing that his return to Pakistan would expose him to a real, specific and personal risk of torture, in the meaning of article 3 of the Convention.
8-6 وفي ضوء ما تَقَدَّم، ترى اللجنة أن صاحب الشكوى لم يُقِم الدليل الكافي، وفقاً لأحكام المادة 3 من الاتفاقية، على وجود أسباب وجيهة تدعو إلى اعتبار أن إعادته إلى باكستان ستضعه في مواجهة خطر حقيقي ومحدد وشخصي بأن يتعرض للتعذيب.
