" 22 - ترحب بقيام الدول التي لم تكن قد وضعت خطط عمل وطنية بإعداد تلك الخطط، وتؤكد هذا الاتجاه هو تعبير عن الالتزام بالقضاء على جميع آفات العنصرية على المستوى الوطني، وتدعو جميع الدول التي لم تف بالالتزامات التي تعهدت بها في المؤتمر العالمي لمكافحة العنصرية إلى أن تفي بتلك الالتزامات؛

" Recalling its resolution 60/144 of 16 December 2005, in which it reiterated its firm commitment to continue its global efforts towards the total elimination of the scourges of racism, racial discrimination, xenophobia and related intolerance, and towards the effective and comprehensive implementation of and follow-up to the Durban Declaration and Programme of Action,
" إذ تشير إلى قرارها 60/144 المؤرخ 16 كانون الأول/ديسمبر 2005، الذي كررت فيه تأكيد التزامها الراسخ بمواصلة جهودها العالمية من أجل القضاء التام على آفات العنصرية والتمييز العنصري وكراهية الأجانب وما يتصل بذلك من تعصب والتنفيذ الفعال والشامل لإعلان وبرنامج عمل ديربان ومتابعتهما،

Education should thus be accorded one of the highest priorities in all campaigns against the evils of racism and related phenomena.
لهذا ينبغي أن يحظى التعليم بأعلى الأولويات في جميع الحملات الرامية إلى مكافحة آفات العنصرية وما يتصل بها من ظواهر.

(3) Recalling that the 2001 Durban Declaration and Programme of Action adopted by the World Conference against Racism, Racial Discrimination, Xenophobia and Related Intolerance sets out global commitments for the total elimination of the scourges of racism, racial discrimination, xenophobia and related intolerance,
