165. The Committee recommends that the State party take all appropriate measures to ensure that the general principle of the best interests of the child is appropriately integrated into all legislation and budgets, as well as judicial and administrative decisions and into projects, programmes and services which have an impact on children.
165- توصي اللجنة الدولة الطرف باتخاذ كافة التدابير المناسبة لضمان إدراج إدماج مصالح الطفل الفضلى على نحو ملائم في جميع التشريعات والميزانيات، فضلاً عن المقررات القضائية والإدارية وفي البرامج والخدمات التي لها أثر على الأطفال.

27. The Committee urges the State party to strengthen its efforts to ensure that the principle of the best interests of the child is appropriately integrated and consistently applied in all legislative, administrative and judicial proceedings as well as in all policies, programmes and projects relevant to and with an impact on children.
27- توصي اللجنة الدولة الطرف بتعزيز جهودها لضمان إدماج مبدأ مصالح الطفل الفضلى بطريقة ملائمة وتطبيقه بطريقة متسقة في جميع الإجراءات التشريعية والإدارية والقضائية، وفي كافة السياسات والبرامج والمشاريع ذات الصلة بالطفولة والتي لها أثر على الأطفال.

The Committee recommends that the State party continue and strengthen its efforts to ensure that the principle of the best interests of the child is appropriately integrated and consistently applied in all legislative, administrative and judicial proceedings, as well as in all policies, programmes and projects relevant to and having an impact on children.
31- توصي اللجنة الدولة الطرف بمواصلة تعزيز مجهوداتها لضمان إدماج مبدأ مصالح الطفل الفضلى بطريقة ملائمة وتطبيقه بطريقة متسقة في جميع الإجراءات التشريعية والإدارية والقضائية، وكذلك في كافة السياسات والبرامج والمشاريع ذات الصلة بالطفولة والتي لها أثر على الأطفال.

The incumbent of the post would work closely with all DPKO and DFS offices and sections to provide advice, guidance and assistance where activities could have an impact on children in conflict environments, including disarmament, demobilization and reintegration and security sector reform programmes, protection of civilian mandates, peacebuilding and early recovery programmes, among others.

120. It is the Committee’s view that further efforts must be undertaken to ensure that the general principles of the Convention (arts. 2, 3, 6 and 12) not only guide policy discussions and decision-making, but are also appropriately reflected in any judicial and administrative proceedings and in the development and implementation of all projects, programmes and services which have an impact on children.
120- وفي رأي اللجنة أنه لا بد من بذل مزيد من الجهود لضمان لا مجرد الاسترشاد في مناقشات السياسة العامة وعملية صنع القرار بالمبادئ العامة للاتفاقية (المواد 2 و3 و6 و21) بل أيضاً ضمان التعبير عن هذه المبادئ تعبيراً ملائماً في أي اجراءات قضائية وادارية، وفي وضع وتنفيذ جميع المشاريع والبرامج والخدمات التي لها أثر على الأطفال.
