Any beneficiaries who, due to an injury at work or an occupational disease, sustain a loss, considerable damage or incapacitation of particular organs or parts of the body thereby making normal activity difficult and calling for a stronger effort in order to meet their needs, are entitled to a cash compensation for bodily harm whose amount will depend on the degree of bodily harm, which must not be less than 30 per cent.

If an employee dies from an accident at work or an occupational disease, those entitled to compensation for the loss are paid a one-off benefit of once the average annual wage for every three years remaining between the deceased's age at the time of death and the age at which by law he or she would have been entitled to an old-age pension for work in arduous conditions.

87. The disability pension is calculated in the same way as the old-age pension but it cannot be less than 45 per cent (man) or 55 per cent (woman) of the pension base. It equals 85 per cent if the disability in question was caused by an injury at work or occupational disease.

268. Citizens are ensured benefit for physical injury of at least 30 per cent to 100 per cent (injury at work or occupational illness) regardless of the years of service completed, and for physical injury of 50 to 100 per cent (death or injury outside of work) under the same conditions as for disability pension.

189. For realising the right to incentives for employment of persons with disabilities it is not relevant whether the disability was acquired during work or it occurred earlier, and therefore for the right to receive incentives from the FPREPD all types of disabilities and manners of their occurrence are equalised.
189- ولإعمال الحق في حوافز توظيف الأشخاص ذوي الإعاقة، سواء أصيبوا بالإعاقة أثناء العمل أو في وقت سابق، ومن ثم الحق في الحصول على الحوافز من صندوق إعادة تأهيل الأشخاص ذوي الإعاقة مهنياً وتوظيفهم، تُعامل بالتساوي جميع أنواع الإعاقات وطرق وقوعها.
