For the additional requirements during the biennium 1994-1995, it is proposed that the Secretary-General be authorized to enter into commitments to implement the activities of the Mission and request the additional appropriation, as may be necessary, in the context of the second performance report for the biennium 1994-1995, which will be considered by the General Assembly during its fiftieth session.
