" Taking note of the Plan of Action for the Alliance for Africa's Industrialization, adopted by the Conference of African Ministers of Industry at its thirteenth meeting, held at Accra in May 1997,
" وإذ تحيط علما بخطة العمل للتحالف من أجل التصنيع في أفريقيا التي اعتمدها مؤتمر وزراء الصناعة اﻷفارقة في اجتماعه الثالث عشر المعقود في أكرا في أيار/ مايو ١٩٩٧،

" 2. Calls on all Member States to support the implementation of the programme for the Second Industrial Development Decade for Africa and the Plan of Action for the Alliance for Africa's Industrialization, taking into account the results of the mid-term review of the Second Decade;
" ٢ - تطلب إلى جميع الدول اﻷعضاء أن تدعم تنفيذ برنامج العقد الثاني للتنمية الصناعية لأفريقيا وخطة العمل للتحالف من أجل التصنيع في أفريقيا مع مراعاة نتائج استعراض منتصف المدة لعقد التنمية الثاني؛

Taking note of the Plan of Action for the Alliance for Africa's Industrialization, adopted by the Conference of African Ministers of Industry at its thirteenth meeting, held at Accra in May 1997,
وإذ تحيط علما بخطة العمل للتحالف من أجل التصنيع في أفريقيا التي اعتمدها مؤتمر وزراء الصناعة اﻷفارقة في اجتماعه الثالث عشر المعقود في أكرا في أيار/مايو ١٩٩٧،

The meeting also agreed on documents to be prepared and presented to the twelfth meeting of the Conference on specific issues, such as participation of the private sector in the implementation of the programme for the Second Decade, mobilization of financial resources for the implementation of the programme, and development of human resources for industrialization in Africa.
ووافق الاجتماع أيضا على إعداد وثائق وتقديمها إلى الاجتماع الثاني عشر لمؤتمر وزراء الصناعة اﻷفريقيين بشأن قضايا محددة مثل مشاركة القطاع الخاص في تنفيذ برنامج عقد التنمية الصناعية الثاني ﻷفريقيا وتعبئة الموارد المالية اللازمة لتنفيذ ذلك البرنامج وتنمية الموارد البشرية من أجل التصنيع في أفريقيا.

" 5. Urges African Member States to integrate the objectives of the Alliance for Africa's Industrialization into their national plans and the establishment of institutional capacity for the formulation of mechanisms to follow up and monitor programmes and projects, including, where appropriate, the involvement of the private sector;
" ٥ - تحث البلدان اﻷفريقية اﻷعضاء على أن تدرج أهداف التحالف من أجل التصنيع في أفريقيا في خططها الوطنية وأن تستحدث القدرة المؤسسية اللازمة ﻹنشاء آلية لمتابعة البرامج والمشاريع ورصدها وإشراك القطاع الخاص في ذلك عند الاقتضاء؛

5. Urges African Member States to integrate the objectives of the Alliance for Africa's Industrialization into their national plans and the establishment of institutional capacity for the formulation of mechanisms to follow up and monitor programmes and projects, including, where appropriate, the involvement of the private sector;
٥ - تحث البلدان اﻷفريقية اﻷعضاء على أن تدرج أهداف التحالف من أجل التصنيع في أفريقيا في خططها الوطنية وأن تستحدث القدرة المؤسسية اللازمة ﻹنشاء آليات لمتابعة البرامج والمشاريع ورصدها وإشراك القطاع الخاص في ذلك عند الاقتضاء؛

2. The programme for the Second Industrial Development Decade for Africa (1993-2002) and the Plan of Action of the Alliance for Africa's Industrialization,3 aimed at enhancing the efforts of the African countries to intensify and expand industrial cooperation among themselves, are yet to be fully implemented.
وما زال برنامج العقد الثاني للتنمية الصناعية لأفريقيا (1993-2002) وبرنامج عمل التحالف من أجل التصنيع في أفريقيا(3) الراميان إلى تكثيف وتوسيع التعاون الصناعي فيما بينها ينتظران تطبيقهما الكامل لتعزيز جهود البلدان الأفريقية.
