يكون لكل دولة من الدول الأطراف ممارسة منها لسيادتها القومية، حق الانسحاب من المعاهدة إذا قررت أن ثمة أحداثا استثنائية ذات صلة بموضوع المعاهدة قد أضرّت بمصالحها القومية العليا.

A party to the Treaty may not withdraw from the Treaty unless it decides that " extraordinary events, related to the subject matter of this Treaty, have jeopardized the supreme interests of its country " .
ولا يجوز لأي طرف في المعاهدة الانسحاب منها ما لم يقرر أنّ ' ' أحداثا استثنائية ذات صلة بموضوع هذه المعاهدة قد أضرت بمصالحه القومية العليا``.

1. Each Party shall, in exercising its national sovereignty, have the right to withdraw from this Treaty if it decides that extraordinary events, related to the subject-matter of this Treaty, have jeopardized its supreme interests.
١ - لكل طرف، في ممارسة سيادته الوطنية، الحق في الانسحاب من هذه المعاهدة إذا قرر أن أحداثا استثنائية تتصل بموضوع هذه المعاهدة قد عرضت مصالحه العليا للخطر.

33. Uruguay recognizes that each State party has the right, in exercising its national sovereignty, to withdraw from the Treaty if it decides that extraordinary events, related to the subject matter of the Treaty, have jeopardized the supreme interests of its country.
33 - وتقر أوروغواي بأنه يحق لكل دولة طرف أن تنسحب من المعاهدة في سياق ممارستها لسيادتها الوطنية إذا ما قررت أن أحداثا استثنائية تتصل بموضوع هذه المعاهدة قد تعرض المصالح العليا للبلد للخطر.

6. The Conference reaffirms that each party shall, in exercising its national sovereignty, have the right to withdraw from the Treaty if it decides that extraordinary events related to the subject matter of the Treaty have jeopardized its supreme interests.
6 - يؤكد المؤتمر مجددا أن لكل طرف في ممارسته لسيادته الوطنية حق الانسحاب من المعاهدة إذا قرر أن ثمة أحداثا استثنائية تتعلق بموضوع هذه المعاهدة قد عرضّت مصالحه العليا للخطر.

118. The Conference reaffirms that each party shall in exercising its national sovereignty have the right to withdraw from the Treaty if it decides that extraordinary events related to the subject matter of the Treaty have jeopardized its supreme interests.
118 - ويؤكد المؤتمر من جديد على أن لكل دولة من الدول الأطراف ممارسة منها لسيادتها القومية، حق الانسحاب من المعاهدة إذا قررت أن ثمة أحداثا استثنائية ذات صلة بموضوع المعاهدة قد أضرّت بمصالحها القومية العليا.

1. This Treaty shall be of unlimited duration and shall remain in force indefinitely, provided that each Party shall, in exercising its national sovereignty, have the right to withdraw from this Treaty if it decides that extraordinary events, related to the subject-matter of this Treaty, have jeopardized its supreme interests.
١ - هذه المعاهدة غير محددة المدة وتظل سارية إلى ما لا نهاية، شريطة أن يكون لكل طرف لدى ممارسته سيادته الوطنية، الحق في الانسحاب من هذه المعاهدة إذا قرر أن أحداثا استثنائية تتصل بموضوع هذه المعاهدة قد عرضت أهم مصالحه للخطر.

2. Article X, paragraph 1, of the Treaty on the Non-Proliferation of Nuclear Weapons provides that " Each Party shall in exercising its national sovereignty have the right to withdraw from the Treaty if it decides that extraordinary events, related to the subject matter of this Treaty, have jeopardized the supreme interests of its country.
2 - تنص الفقرة 1 من المادة العاشرة من معاهدة عدم انتشار الأسلحة النووية على أنْ " يكون لكل دولة من الدول الأطراف، ممارسةً منها لسيادتها القومية، حق الانسحاب من المعاهدة إذا قررت أن ثمة أحداثا استثنائية ذات صلة بموضوع المعاهدة قد أضرت بمصالحها القومية العليا.

Any withdrawal notification under article X, paragraph 1, should prompt the Security Council to consider this issue and its implications as a matter of urgency, including examination of the cause for the withdrawal, which, according to the requirements of article X, has to be " extraordinary events related to the subject matter of the Treaty " .
كما ينبغي قيام مجلس الأمن في إثر أي إشعار بالانسحاب بموجب الفقرة 1 من المادة العاشرة بالنظر في هذه المسألة والآثار المترتبة عليها على سبيل الاستعجال، بما في ذلك تدارس سبب الانسحاب الذي يتعين أن يكون " أحداثا استثنائية ذات صلة بموضوع المعاهدة " وفقا لشروط المادة العاشرة.

97 - وذكَّرت الدول الأطراف بأنه يحق لكل دولة طرف أن تنسحب من المعاهدة في سياق ممارستها لسيادتها الوطنية إذا ما قررت أن أحداثا استثنائية تتصل بموضوع هذه المعاهدة قد عرَّض المصالح العليا للبلد للخطر، وذلك وفقا للمادة العاشرة من المعاهدة.

31. The Syrian Arab Republic affirms the legal and sovereign right of a State party to withdraw from the Treaty should it believe that extraordinary events might jeopardize its supreme national interests.
31 - تؤكد الجمهورية العربية السورية على أن موضوع الانسحاب من المعاهدة هو موضوع سيادي، ولا يجوز إعادة تفسير الحق الشرعي للدول الأطراف في الانسحاب من المعاهدة في حال ارتأت أن أحداثا استثنائية ستضر بمصالحها القومية العليا.
