9. The fourth meeting of the reconstituted CGE was held back-to-back with the workshop referred to in paragraph 3 above in order to exchange views on possible elements to be considered in a future revision of the UNFCCC guidelines for the preparation of national communications from non-Annex I Parties, taking into account the difficulties encountered by non-Annex I Parties in the preparation of their most recent national communications.
9- عُقد الاجتماع الرابع لفريق الخبراء الاستشاري المعاد تشكيله عقب حلقة العمل المشار إليها في الفقرة 3 أعلاه من أجل تبادل الآراء حول العناصر التي يمكن تناولها في إطار تنقيح مقبل للمبادئ التوجيهية لإعداد البلاغات الوطنية المقدمة من الأطراف غير المدرجة في المرفق الأول، مراعاةً للصعوبات التي واجهتها الأطراف غير المدرجة في المرفق الأول في إعداد أحدث بلاغاتها الوطنية.

(e) The CGE reiterated the recommendations contained in its progress report presented to the SBI at its thirty-fourth session, as appropriate, on the elements to be considered in a future revision of the UNFCCC guidelines for the preparation of national communications from non-Annex I Parties, taking into account the difficulties encountered by non-Annex I Parties in the preparation of their most recent national communications.
